OUR HISTORY
This "special place" was born February 2005 as Pizza Pro, started by Carl and Marcia Smith. In July 2013, the restaurant changed its name to Palmetto Pizza Company.
Carl and Marcia continued to operate the pizzeria until her passing in 2019. In 2022, Carl made the difficult decision to sell to Chad and Lori Hope. In January 2023, Palmetto Pizza continues the legacy and anticipates the best is yet to come!
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Under the corporate umbrella of NIBC Ventures LLC (Not I, but Christ - Galatians 2:20), Palmetto Pizza is a Christian business. We believe every aspect should demonstrate our faith in action with a high quality product at a reasonable price, high quality facilities maintained for excellent presentation, high quality service focused on building positive relationships with our customers, and most of all, high quality team members working together to achieve all of these goals.
